We were consulted by the Home Office in their design of the new Managed Migration programme which will begin in 2008 and have been quoted in their report on the architecture of this new system. We have succeeded in retaining the exemption of au pairs from the minimum wage which was about to be re-imposed.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
You are eligible to apply for membership if you:
- Are engaged in the activity of sending or receiving au pairs
- Offer full on-going services to families and au pairs
- Have been established as a trading organisation for at least 12 months
- Are financially solvent
- Possess professional indemnity insurance
